Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy
It is important that you are 100% happy with your purchase from HELEJANÉ.
IN STORE RETURNS
ALL Items purchased from HELEJANÉ are final (exchange terms and conditions apply).
- You can return only items with manufacturer defect within 4 days of delivery for store credit or exchange (no cash returns).
- Please send us an email to email@example.com and wait for feedback before you return your item.
Please do not send back your parcel until we e-mail you back
- All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
- All Sales items are final sales i.e. items may not be returned to the store after purchase.
Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, may not be accepted.
For Shipments in Nigeria (Nationwide)
For INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS in the US, UK and all other countries, DHL approved international posting rates apply.
Please note that all Items should be returned unused and with all HELEJANÉ and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, scratched or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a credit refused. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.
Customers must then contact DHL to arrange a pickup for delivery to our designated warehouse.
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. If a purchase is made using the Gift Card and is less than the full amount, the customer has the balance in credit for store purchases only for the remaining 3 months validity.
